低频振动电磁治疗仪在溃疡性结肠炎临床治疗中的应用效果

Application of Low Frequency Vibration Electromagnetic Therapeutic Apparatus in the Clinical Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis and Its Influence on Quality of Life

目的:探讨低频振动电磁治疗仪在溃疡性结肠炎临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择本院2018年12月~2019年12月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例;对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上利用低频振动电磁治疗仪治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的治疗效果,对比其治疗前、后的临床症状评分及治疗后的不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组治疗后的临床有效率(83.34%)较研究组临床有效率(93.34%)更低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的临床症状评分均较治疗前明显下降,且研究组变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。对照组食欲减退、头痛等不良反应发生率(20.00%)与研究组(6.67%)比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:治疗溃疡性结肠炎采用低频振动电磁治疗仪治疗,临床效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the application of low frequency vibration electromagnetic therapy instrument in the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis and its influence on the quality of life.Methods:60 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with low-frequency vibration electromagnetic therapy instrument.The treatment effect of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the clinical symptom scores before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the control group was 93.34%,the clinical effective rate of the study group was 83.34%,the control group was significantly lower than the study group(P<0.05);The clinical symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decline rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of anorexia,headache and other adverse reactions in the control group(20.00%)was higher than that in the study group(6.67%),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ulcerative colitis using low-frequency vibration electromagnetic therapy instrument treatment.
