电针中频配合康复治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Electroacupuncture Intermediate Frequency Combined with Rehabilitation for Ischemic Stroke

目的:分析电针中频配合康复治疗在缺血性脑卒中患者中的价值。方法:选择58例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,分为实验组与对照组,分别采取联合干预(电针中频联合康复治疗)与常规干预,两组患者各接受为期2个月干预后,总结电针中频配合康复治疗方法的先进性。结果:实验组患者的生活质量与吞咽功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的临床治疗总有效率显示,实验组患者的总有效率高达93.10%,显著高于对照组,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在缺血性脑卒中患者临床干预阶段,电针中频配合康复治疗方法具有满意效果。

Objective:To analyze the value of electroacupuncture intermediate frequency combined with rehabilitation therapy in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:58 ischemic stroke patients were selected as the study subjects,divided into experimental group and control group,respectively,combined intervention(electroacupuncture intermediate frequency combined rehabilitation treatment)and routine intervention,two groups of patients received 2 months of intervention,summed up the advanced nature of electroacupuncture combined rehabilitation treatment.Results:The quality of life and swallowing function of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was as high as 93.10%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical intervention stage of patients with ischemic stroke,electroacupuncture with intermediate frequency combined with rehabilitation treatment has satisfactory effect.
