高通量透析器在血液透析患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of High-Flux Dialyzer in Hemodialysis Patients

目的:分析对接受血液透析治疗的患者使用高通量透析器的治疗效果。方法:选择2019年2月~2020年2月于本院接受血液透析治疗的50例患者进行研究,以1:1分组模式分组。对照组(25例,普通透析器),实验组(25例,高通量透析器)结果:对照组血肌酐、尿素氮以及尿酸清除情况和实验组没有明显差异,P>0.05,实验组大分子毒素清除效果好于对照组,P<0.05;实验组并发症发生率8%,对照组为40%,P<0.05。结论:血液透析治疗时可以选择应用高通量透析器,可改善器官功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of using high-flux dialyzer on patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.Methods:50 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected for the study,and they were divided into groups of 1:1.Control group(25 cases,ordinary dialyzer),experimental group(25 cases,high-throughput dialyzer)Results:There was no significant difference in serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and uric acid clearance between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).The clearance effect of macromolecular toxin in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 8%in the experimental group and 40%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-flux dialyzer can be used in hemodialysis treatment,which can improve organ function and reduce the incidence of complications.
