超声治疗仪结合手工器械龈下刮治、传统超声龈下刮治对慢性牙周炎的治疗价值比较

Comparison of the Therapeutic Value of Subgingival Scaling with Manual Instrument and Conventional Subgingival Scaling with Ultrasonic Therapy Instrument for Chronic Periodontitis

目的:在慢性牙周炎治疗中分别应用传统超声龈下刮治以及超声治疗仪+手工器械龈下刮治,对比其治疗价值。方法:选取2018年12月~2020年11月在本院治疗的74例慢性牙周炎患者,将其分为两组。对照组37例,采取传统超声龈下刮治治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上,结合手工器械龈下刮治。对比两组患者治疗前、治疗后3个月的相关牙周指标。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的PD、BOP低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者CAL无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在超声治疗仪基础上,结合应用手工器械龈下刮治可更好地改善患者牙周状况,与传统超声龈下刮治相比治疗价值更高。

Objective:In the treatment of chronic periodontitis,traditional ultrasonic subgingival scaling and ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus plus manual instrument were used respectively to compare their therapeutic value.Methods:74 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.In the control group,37 patients were treated with conventional ultrasonic subgingival scaling.Observation group of patients on the basis of the control group,combined with manual instrument subgingival scaling.The periodontal indexes before and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,PD and BOP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in CAL between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of ultrasonic treatment instrument,combined with manual instrument subgingival scaling can better improve the periodontal condition of patients,and the therapeutic value is higher than that of traditional ultrasonic subgingival scaling.
