变换体位经阴道超声对于宫外孕未破裂型与妊娠黄体囊肿鉴别诊断的价值研究

Changing Positions the Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Differential Diagnosis of Unruptured Ectopic Pregnancy and Luteal Cyst

目的:探讨变换体位经阴道超声对于宫外孕未破裂型与妊娠黄体囊肿的鉴别诊断价值。方法:纳入2017年8月~2019年8月本院收治的46例宫外孕未破裂型患者为观察组,39例妊娠黄体囊肿患者为对照组。比较两组超声检查情况及变换体位后发生的改变。结果:相较于对照组,观察组RI显著更高,血流分布丰富显著更低(P<0.05);变换体位后,观察组同侧卵巢相对位置关系改变显著更大(P<0.05)。结论:变换体位经阴道超声检查宫外孕未破裂型与妊娠黄体囊肿,鉴别诊断准确率显著。

Objective:To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound(transvaginal ultrasound)in the differential diagnosis of unruptured type and luteal cyst in ectopic pregnancy.Methods:46 cases of non-ruptured ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were included as observation group,and 39 cases of luteal cyst were included as control group.The ultrasound examination and the changes of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,RI in the observation group was significantly higher and blood flow distribution was significantly lower(P<0.05).After the change of body position,the relative position of the observer’s ipl ovary changed significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasonography(transvaginal ultrasound)with different postures can distinguish the unruptured type of ectopic pregnancy from luteal cyst.
