探讨多次根管疗法和一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效

To Investigate the Effect of Multiple Root Canal Therapy and Single Root Canal Therapy on Dental Pulp Disease

目的:研究治疗牙体牙髓病时多次根管疗法和一次性根管方法的临床使用效果。方法:选取本院2018年1月~2020年1月在本院接受治疗的牙体牙髓病患者60例为研究对象,使用等量随机电脑法将所选患者进行类别的划分,对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者使用多次根管疗法,观察组使用一次性根管方法,比较两组患者的疾病治疗有效率。结果:观察组患者的疾病治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组为80%,组间数据相差较大,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多次根管疗法和一次性根管方法都是治疗牙体牙髓病的方法,但是临床实际情况来看,一次性根管疗法在治疗牙体牙髓病时,有效率较高,对患者的积极影响更大。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of multiple root canal therapy and single root canal method in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods:In our hospital between January 2018 and January 2020 in our hospital for treatment of tooth pulp disease 60 cases as the research object,using the equivalent random computer method to,control group and observation group,30 cases in each group,control group patients with multiple root canal therapy,observation group the use of disposable root canal method,comparison of two groups of patients with disease treatment efficiency.Results:The effective rate of disease treatment in the observation group was 96.67%and that in the control group was 80%.There was a significant difference between the groups and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multiple root canal therapy and single root canal therapy are both methods for the treatment of dental pulp disease.However,in clinical practice,single root canal therapy is more effective in the treatment of dental pulp disease and has a greater positive impact on patients.
