小儿顽固性腹泻应用微波治疗仪治疗的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究微波治疗仪在小儿顽固性腹泻治疗中的应用。方法:抽选100例2018年1月~2019年9月在本院进行治疗的小儿顽固性腹泻患儿为研究对象,通过随机法分为两组各50例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用微波治疗仪进行治疗,对比两组患儿治疗效果及症状改善情况。结果:两组患儿就治疗有效率对比来看,研究组较高,两组患儿治疗后症状消失时间统计来看,研究组腹泻消失时间、大便症状恢复正常时间、每日腹泻次数均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微波治疗仪在小儿顽固性腹泻治疗中的应用能够有效改善患儿临床症状,尽早缓解患儿不适感受,提升治疗效果及安全性。 Objective:To explore the application of microwave therapy in the treatment of intractable diarrhea in children.Methods:A total of 100 children with intractable diarrhea who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment.On the basis of the control group,the group was treated with a microwave therapeutic apparatus,and the treatment effect and symptom improvement of the two groups were compared.Results:In terms of the comparison of the effective treatment efficiency of the two groups of children,the study group was higher;According to the statistics of the disappearance time of symptoms after treatment in the two groups of children,the disappearance time of diarrhea,the time to return to normal stool symptoms,and the number of diarrhea per day in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of microwave therapy instrument in the treatment of intractable diarrhea in children can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,relieve the discomfort of children as soon as possible,and improve the treatment effect and safety.
