超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合针刺治疗痤疮瘢痕的疗效观察

The Observation of the Curative Effect of the Treatment of Acne Scar by Ultra Pulse Carbon Dioxide Lattice Laser Combined with Acupuncture

目的:总结联合治疗方案治疗痤疮瘢痕的预后效果。方法:选择本院2019年2~12月皮肤科收治的痤疮瘢痕患者,总计100例。将痤疮瘢痕患者随机分组治疗。对照组痤疮瘢痕患者采取超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗,观察组痤疮瘢痕患者配合针刺治疗,对比2组痤疮瘢痕患者的治疗效果、瘢痕改善情况、不良反应情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组痤疮瘢痕患者治疗总有效率更高且ECCA评分改善更明显,P<0.05。另外,2组痤疮瘢痕患者持续性红斑、色素沉着等不良反应比较,P>0.05。结论:超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光与针刺联合治疗痤疮瘢痕效果好、安全性高,患者预后恢复良好。

Objective:To summarize the prognosis of acne scar treated by combined therapy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acne scars who were admitted to the Department of Dermatology in our hospital from February to December 2019 were selected.Patients with acne scar were randomly divided into groups.In the control group,patients with acne scars were treated with ultra pulse carbon dioxide lattice laser.In the observation group,patients with acne scars were treated with acupuncture.The therapeutic effect,scar improvement and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of acne scar patients in the observation group was higher and the ECCA score improved significantly(P<0.05).In addition,two groups of acne scar patients with persistent erythema,pigmentation and other adverse reactions,P>0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of acne scar with the combination of ultra pulse CO2 laser and acupuncture is effective,safe and the patient's prognosis is recovering well.
