神经肌肉刺激治疗仪+生物反馈电刺激配合盆底肌肉康复器治疗产后中度压力性尿失禁的疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Neuromuscular Stimulation Therapeutic Instrument for the Treatment of Postpartum Moderate Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的:分析神经肌肉刺激治疗仪+生物反馈电刺激配合盆底肌肉康复器治疗产后中度压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2017年1月~2019年1月于产后中度压力性尿失禁患者96例随机分为观察组、对照组各48例。对照组行PHENIX神经肌肉刺激治疗仪电刺激30min+盆底肌肉康复器锻炼法,观察组行PHENIX神经肌肉刺激治疗仪电刺激15min+生物反馈治疗15min配合盆底肌肉康复器锻炼法。观察两组治疗前后疗效、盆底肌肌力、漏尿情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;盆底肌力的改善程度组间比较,P<0.05。结论:神经肌肉刺激治疗仪电刺激+生物反馈治疗配合盆底肌肉康复器锻炼法治疗产后中度压力性尿失禁的效果较好,能够增强患者的盆底肌肉力量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device on postpartum moderate stress urinary incontinence.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,96 patients with postpartum moderate pressure urinary incontinence were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with PHENIX neuromuscular stimulator,30 min pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device.The observation group was treated with PHENIX neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument 15 min biofeedback therapy 15 min combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise.The curative effect,pelvic floor muscle strength and leakage of urine were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of pelvic floor muscle strength was compared between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of electro-stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device is better,Can enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength of the patient.
