摘要
对尿素造粒塔的尾气进行处理,成为当前生产厂家的普遍共识。通过论述目前尾气处理采用的两种处理方法,指出了尾气处理改进提高的思路。同时对造粒喷头的作用进行了分析,指出需要根据装置自身的条件及地理位置,选用合适的造粒喷头及生产合适的尿素颗粒。
The tail gas treatment of urea granulation tower has become the general consensus of current manufacturers. By discussing two methods currently used for tail gas treatment, the way to improve is pointed out. At the same time, the function of prilling nozzle is aralyzed. It is pointed out that selecting the appropriate prilling nozzle and producing the appropriate urea particles shouldbe based on the conditions and geographical location.
