摘要
通过分析低温甲醇洗工艺原理和净化气带液的工艺控制,指出低温甲醇洗系统气液相接触是一个动态平衡,影响平衡状态的因素较多,在开停车、日常工艺操作过程中必须稳定操作,避免大幅度的波动,防止破坏气液相间的平衡而造成净化气带液。
By analyzing process principle of low temperature methanol washing and the process control of liquid entrainment in purified gas, it is pointed out that the gas liquid contact of low temperature methanol washing system is a dynamic equilibrium,and there are many factors affecting the equilibrium state. In the process of start up, shutdown and daily process operation, it is necessary to operate stably to avoid large fluctuation, and to prevent damaging the gas liquid balance causing liquid entrainment in purified gas.
