摘要
本篇文章介绍了山东某化工厂高浓度甲醛污水预处理工程,本工程设计水量为60m^(3)/h,采用的是调节、芬顿、曝气、混凝沉淀的工艺流程。高浓度甲醛废水经收集管网进入调节池,调节pH值达到要求后进入Fenton反应器,进行氧化反应。反应器出水通过脱气塔通入空气提高去除率,混合液进入混凝沉淀池去除悬浮物和胶体并调节pH值。混凝沉沉淀池上清液作为经过预处理合格后的水,进入产水池缓存,再通过提升泵送入厂区污水处理系统。
This paper introduces high concentration formaldehyde wastewater treatment project of a chemical plant in Shandong.The design water volume of the project is 60 m^(3)/h and the process flow of regulation, Fenton, aeration, coagulation and sedimentation is adopted. High concentration formaldehyde waste water enters the regulation tank through the collection pipe network, and then enters to Fenton reactor after adjusting pH value to meet the requirement for oxidation reaction. The reactor effluent passes the degassing tower with blowing air to improve the removal rate. The mixed liquid enters the coagulation sedimentation tank to remove the suspended solid, colloid and adjusts the pH value. The supernatant of coagulation sedimentation tank, as qualified water after pretreatment, enters the production tank for buffering, and then is sent to waste water treatment system by lifting pump.
