摘要
山西阳煤丰喜泉稷能源有限公司1^(#)锅炉水冷壁发生爆管,导致全厂停车,为查明爆管原因,委托第三方对水汽系统进行了全面检测和分析,最终查明,水质极差的循环冷却水漏至尿素冷凝液,使全厂冷凝液受到污染,导致锅炉给水的氢电导率、杂质阴阳离子严重超标,最终造成水汽系统水质严重恶化,引起爆管。将尿素冷凝液切出水汽系统后,水汽系统各项指标基本恢复正常,后续采取了加强全厂冷凝液品质监控、减少磷盐用量、更换除氧剂等措施,目前1^(#)锅炉运行平稳。
T1# boiler water wall tube of Shanxi Yangmei Fengxi Quanji Energy Company bursts, causing the whole plant to shut down. In order to find out the causes of tube burst, a third party was entrusted to conduct a comprehensive inspection and analysis of water vapor system. Finally, it was found that the circulating cooling water with poor water quality leaked to the urea condensate, which polluted the condensate of whole plant, led to the hydrogen conductivity of boiler feed water, the impurities and ions exceeding the standard seriously, and caused the water quality of water vapor system to deteriorate seriously, resulting in pipe explosion. After removing the urea condensate out of the water vapor system, all indicators of water vapor system basically returned to normal. Follow-up measures were taken such as strengthening the whole plant condensate quality monitoring,reducing the amount of phosphate salt, and replace the deoxidizer. Now, 1# boiler is operated smoothly.
