The current situation of old elevators in Jining city is introduced.The causes of the formation on potential risk of old elevators are analyzed.Some problems for old elevators are decomposed that curren technical safety standards are unqualified,maintenance cost is expensive,maintenance funds are scarce and the force of supervision is insufficient.Suggestions are given with some aspects of key regulatory,safety risk assessment,standard of appraised disposal,financing in many ways and function management of service sectors.
