摘要
对两起因制动器失效引起的电梯冲顶事故进行了分析。事故原因分别是制动器机械部件卡阻和制动闸瓦过度磨损造成的制动力不足。结合事故对上述制动器进行了风险分析,并指出加强制动器日常维护保养、采用免维护制动器和增加上行超速保护装置能够降低发生此类事故的风险。
Two causes of elevator roof accident caused by brake failure are analyzed.The causes of the two accidents are the jam of the mechanical parts of the brake and the insufficient braking force caused by the excessive wear of the brake shoe.Combined with the accident,the risk analysis of the above brake is carried out,and strengthening the daily maintenance of the brake is the main measure to avoid such accidents.And the risk of such accidents can be reduced by using the maintenance free brake and adding the upward overspeed protection device.
