肌内效贴对全膝关节置换术后早期恢复的影响

Effect of kinesiology taping on early recovery after total knee arthroplasty

[目的]观察肌内效贴(kinesiology taping,KT)对全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)后患肢肿痛及关节功能影响。[方法]2018年1月—2019年6月初次全膝关节置换患者127例随机分为两组,其中,63例术后康复结合使用肌内效贴,64例仅行常规术后康复作为对照组。比较疼痛程度、肢体肿胀程度、股四头肌肌力、膝关节ROM及HSS评分。[结果]术后3 d两组患者在VAS评分、肢体肿胀程度、股四头肌肌力、ROM及HSS评分均无差异(P>0.05)。术后14 d效贴组在VAS评分、肿胀程度、ROM和HSS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);术后30d效贴组在肿胀程度、股四头肌力、ROM和HSS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]TKA术后早期使用肌内效贴能够显著缓解肢体肿胀,改善关节功能。

[Objective]To observe the effect of kinesiology taping(KT)on swelling and function after total knee arthroplasty.[Methods]From January 2018 to June 2019,127 patients who were undergoing TKA were randomly divided into two groups.Of them,63 patients received KT combined with routine rehabilitation secondary to TKA,while the other 64 patients had routine rehabilitation only after TKA.The extent of pain,limb swelling,quadriceps strength,knee range of motion(ROM)and HSS score were compared between the two groups.[Results]Although there were no differences in VAS score,limb swelling,quadriceps muscle strength,ROM and HSS score between the two groups at 3 days after operation(P>0.05),the KT group proved significantly superior to the control group in term of VAS score,extent of swelling,ROM and HSS score at 14 days postoperatively(P<0.05),additionally,in term of extent of swelling,quadriceps strength,ROM and HSS score at 30 days postoperatively(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The kinesiology taping does significantly relieve limb swelling,improve joint function after total knee arthroplasty.
