摘要
介绍一种上料推钢机推杆装置在工作中弹性变形的数值分析方法,该方法克服理论计算方法偏于保守的不足,通过对计算数据进行分析,得到推杆在负荷及重力作用下的变形,为上料推钢机推杆装置的结构优化设计提供理论依据。
The numerical analysis method for analyzing the elastic deformation of pusher device of slab charger was introduced in this paper.The restriction of conservative calculation method was resolved by utilizing this method.The deformation mount of push ram under the action of load and gravity wasaddressed to provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of structural design of pusher device by analyzing the calculation data.
