摘要
对低合金钢对接GTAW单面焊双面成形横焊位焊接工艺开展分析研究。通过设计焊接坡口形式及坡口间隙尺寸,确定合理的焊接工艺参数,有效控制对接试件的错边量,背面焊缝成形较好,焊后经MT/UT无损检验及理化性能检测均满足技术要求。低合金钢单面焊双面成形焊接技术已成功应用在蒸汽发生器产品上。
The welding process of low alloy steel butt welds by means of the GTAW one sided welding with back root formation at transverse welding position was analyzed and studied in this paper.The reasonable welding variable parameters were determined,the misalignment of butt joint coupon was effectively controlled,the back sided rootwas formed in good geometry through the design of welding groove type and groove gap dimension.And the results of NDT with MT/UT and physical and chemical tests were acceptable in compliance with the technical specifications.One sided welding with back formation technology for low alloy steel has been successfully applied in the fabrication of steam generators.
