Study on Overlay Welding with Weaving of Mechanical GTAW Stainless Steel Welding Wire

通过调整机械GTAW摆动堆焊焊接参数,对影响机械GTAW摆动堆焊焊接质量的因素进行分析。通过焊接工艺评定试验对摆动堆焊焊接质量进行验证,焊缝经无损检测均合格。该焊接技术已成功应用于蒸汽发生器产品制造中。

The factors affecting the welding quality of mechanical GTAW weaving overlay welding were analyzed by means of adjusting the welding variable parameters in the paper.The quality of weaving overlay welding was verified through the welding procedure qualification Test,and the welds were proven acceptable with the results of non-destructive tests.This welding technique has been successfully applied in the fabrication of steam generators.
