摘要
采用模拟计算方法对重型容器环焊缝局部热处理中温度的分布和变形量进行分析计算,经过局部热处理重点关注区域的温度最高不超过81℃,远低于焊缝附近的615℃,重点关注区域的变形随着温度变化先增大后减小,冷却结束时径向位移不超过1.5 mm,满足变形控制要求。证明该局部热处理方案的可行性。
The temperature distribution and deformation of girth welds on the heavy pressure vessel during local heat treatment were studied with the simulation analysis method in this paper.The highest temperature of critical area after local heat treatment was not more than 81℃,which was much lower than 615℃adjacent to the weldseams.The deformation tendency of the critical area was first increased and decreased later by following the temperature changes.The radial displacement at the end of cooling stagedidn’t exceed 1.5 mm,which met the control requirements of deformation.The feasibility of local heat treatment was proven with the results of simulation analysis.
