韧性城市的一体化建设路径探析

摘要 城市在发展过程中受到自然、人为等不确定因素的影响,严重威胁着城市内的生产与生活,因此,城市的韧性成为城市这些因素研究的热点,其建设路径亦引起城市规划学者们的高度关注。本文通过文献回顾,追溯韧性概念认知转型,总结韧性城市的理论及建设历程,探索全方面、全体系及全时空一体化的韧性城市规划建设路径,以增强现代城市的适应能力,实现现代城市的永续健康发展。 In the process of development,urban integrated system is inevitably affected by the uncertainty of natural and human factors,which makes urban resilience become a hot topic in urban research in recent years.Planners have taken the initiative to explore the construction approach of resilient cities.The author reviews the academic literature,traces the resilience concept by the toughness,ecological resilience,and then to the evolution of ductile transition of cognition,and summarizes current course and existing problems of the toughness of the city construction,to explore the toughness of the city planning and construction features and path,in order to enhance the adaptability of modern city,realize the sustainable and healthy development of the city.
