乡村振兴背景下地域性公共建筑的策划与设计——以世界妈祖文化论坛永久性会址为例

The Planning and Design for Regional Public Architecture under the Background of Rural Revitalization:The Case of Global Mazu Cultural Forum Permanent Site

在新时代乡村振兴的背景下,乡镇建设对乡村振兴在经济、社会、文化、生态层面所产生的外溢效应逐渐增强。其中,地域性的公共建筑作为村民公共生活的主要场所,由于常常附加了地域文化属性,因而成为重要的文化触媒,在发展镇域经济、改善公共设施、塑造文化归属感、提升乡民参与度等方面有着独特的优势。本文通过解析世界妈祖文化论坛永久性会址的策划设计过程,认为地域性公共建筑的策划和设计应从项目定位与功能策划、空间建构与场所精神、地域特征与文化表达、环境融合与气候响应四个方面,发挥触媒效应,协调乡村的社区营造并奠定良好的乡村生态景观。

Under the background of Rural Revitalization in New Era,the construction activities in townships will have greater spillover effect to its surrounding rural area on economic,social,cultural and ecological aspects.As commonly used place for villagers’public life,public architecture with regional ethos has emerged as important cultural catalysts due to its attached local and cultural values.It has unique advantages on developing county-wide economy,improving public amenities,promoting cultural identities and enhancing community participation.By analyzing the project of Global Mazu Cultural Forum Permanent Site forum,this article concludes that the planning and design of public architecture with regional ethos should be focused on four aspects:project positioning and programming,spatial construction with Genius Loci,expression of regional and cultural characteristics,environmental awareness and climate responsive strategies.These projects should be designed for greater catalytic impact,to coordinate community building and help establish ecological rural landscape.
