高压脉冲电场法提取黑果腺肋花楸中花色苷的工艺 被引量:4

Extraction of Anthocyanins from Aronia prunifolia Viking by High Intensity Pulsed Electric Field Method

摘要 研究以黑果腺肋花楸为试材,采用高压脉冲电场法提取花色苷,高效液相检测其含量,并通过Box-Behnken试验设计对其花色苷提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:电场强度、料液比、温度、乙醇体积分数对黑果腺肋花楸花色苷提取量影响显著。黑果腺肋花楸花色苷提取的最佳工艺条件为电场强度25 kV·cm^(-1)、料液比1∶50 g·mL^(-1)、温度35℃、乙醇体积分数70%,此工艺条件下花色苷的提取量最高,为8.79 mg·g^(-1)。 In this study,high voltage pulsed electric field method was used to extract anthocyanins from Aronia prunifolia Viking,and its content was determined by;high performance liquid chromatography.The extracting technology for anthocyanins was investigated by Box-Behnken design.The results showed that the intensity of electric field,the ratio of material to liquid,the temperature and the volume fraction of ethanol had significant effects on the amount of anthocyanins.The optimum conditions for anthocyanin extraction were obtained as follow:electric field intensity 25 kV·cm^(-1),the ratio of material to liquid 1∶50 g·mL^(-1),temperature 35℃,and ethanol volume fraction 70%.And the extraction yield of anthocyanins was 8.79 mg·g^(-1).
