摘要
以酸浆宿萼为试材,研究NaOH浓度、液料比、水解时间、提取温度对酸浆宿萼结合酚得率的影响。采用中心组合设计优化结合酚提取工艺。结果表明,酸浆宿萼结合酚最佳提取工艺为:NaOH浓度6 mol/L、液料比30:1(mL/g)、水解时间2 h、提取温度80℃。在此条件下,结合酚提取量达(20.13±0.18)mg/g。试验为酸浆宿萼结合酚开发和利用提供依据,避免资源浪费。
The extraction of bound phenolics from calyx of Physali alkekengi L.was optimized using a central composite design.Optimization experiments were carried out by investigating NaOH concentration,liquid-solid ratio,hydrolysis time and hydrolysis temperature on extraction efficiency.The optimum condition for flavonoids extraction was determined as follows:NaOH concentration 6 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio 30︰1(mL/g),hydrolysis time 2 h and hydrolysis temperature 80℃.Under this condition,the extraction yield of polyphenols from the ceiling of Physali alkekengi L.was(20.13±0.18)mg/g.A scientific basis for further development and utilization of Polyphenols of calyx of Physali alkekengi L.to avoid waste of resources was provided.
