摘要
研究土茯苓提取物的体外抗氧化活性及对酪氨酸酶的激活作用。采用DPPH法和ABTS^(+)法探究土茯苓粗提物的抗氧化能力,采用多巴速率氧化法研究土茯苓提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果表明,土茯苓提取物具有显著的DPPH和ABTS^(+)自由基清除能力,清除DPPH自由基的IC50值为(13.55±0.55)μg/m L,清除ABTS^(+)自由基的IC50值为(11.07±0.37)μg/m L;土茯苓提取物对酪氨酸酶具有激活作用,其质量浓度为(0.38±0.13)mg/mL时,酪氨酸酶激活率达到50%。土茯苓的抗氧化性和酪氨酸酶激活作用均表现出浓度依赖关系。土茯苓提取物具有显著的体外抗氧化能力和酪氨酸酶激活作用。
To explore the antioxidant activity and tyrosinase activity in vitro from the extract of Smilax glabra Rhizome,the antioxidant activities of the extract from the Smilax glabra Rhizome were evaluated in two different test systems including ABTS^(+)and DPPH assy.Tyrosinase activity was estimated by measuring the rate of oxidation of L-dopa.It was indicated that the extract of Smilax glabra Rhizome had an obvious DPPH and ABTS^(+)radical-scavenging activity,and IC50 value was(13.55±0.55)μg/mL.The results of the ABTS^(+)assy were consistent with those of the DPPH radical-scavenging test,and IC50 value was(11.07±0.37)μg/mL.It had significant activation on tyrosinase activity,when sample concentration was(0.38±0.13)mg/m L,the activation rate reached 50%.Both antioxidant activity and tyrosinase activity showed a concentration-dependent relationship.The extract of Smilax glabra Rhizome has an obvious antioxidant capacity and activation on tyrosinase in vitro.
