摘要
由于果蔬膨化温度控制系统的非线性、时变性、时滞性等问题,系统温度在使用传统PID控制过程中出现超调、控制精度低等问题,在PID控制中引入模糊控制方法,以DSP为控制器,通过模糊推理实现对PID参数的在线自动整定,进而实现高精度、高速响应的温度控制。仿真结果表明,该控制方法能以较短时间将温度迅速调整到目标温度,温度超调量更小,具有一定抗干扰能力。
In view of the nonlinear,time-varying,time-delay and other problems of fruit and vegetable expansion temperature control system,the system temperature appears overshoot and low control accuracy in the process of using traditional PID control.Therefore,introduce fuzzy control method in PID control,using DSP as the controller;Realize on-line automatic tuning of PID parameters through fuzzy reasoning,and realize high-precision and high-speed response temperature control.The simulation results show that the control method can quickly adjust the temperature to the target temperature in a short time;The temperature overshoot is smaller,and has certain anti-interference ability.
