摘要
儿茶素类物质是多种植物性功能食品的功效成分,聚合度是儿茶素类物质结构复杂性的一个重要表现。不同聚合度的儿茶素具有不同的生物利用率,因此按照聚合度对儿茶素类物质进行分离分析具有重要意义。综述近年来儿茶素类物质按聚合度分离分析的方法,旨在为此类物质的进一步研究提供参考。
Catechins are functional components of various plant functional foods,and the degree of polymerization is an important manifestation of their structural complexity.Catechins with different polymerization degrees have different bioavailability,so it is of great significance to separate and analyze catechins according to the polymerization degrees.The methods of separation and analysis of catechins by polymerization degree are reviewed in order to provide reference for further study of catechins.
