The Knowledge Graph Construction Technology for Important Activity Food Safety

针对重大活动食品安全风险防控中毒害危险物难防范、难预警、难处置等问题,运用Google知识图谱,以重大活动中的相关人员、食品、食用农产品、毒害性物质、传染性病原体、放射性物质等为切入点,绘制重大活动食品安全知识图谱,对重大活动食品安全数据进行可视化展示,准确分析研判,事前防范化解重大活动食品安全风险,为重大活动食品安全保障的科学决策提供参考。

For important activity poisoning hazards in the food safety risk control problems such as difficult to prevent,early warning,difficult to disposal and effective access to information,Google knowledge graph was used.We took personnel in the important activity,food,edible agricultural products,toxic substances,infectious agents,radioactive material as the breakthrough point,drew knowledge graph of important activity food safety,visually displayed the food safety data of important activity,accurate analysis,prevented and defused food safety risks of important activity in advance,and provided reference for scientific decision-making of food safety protection of important activity.
