近红外技术快速测定水冬瓜根皮中紫丁香苷含量 被引量:2

Rapid Determination of Syringin in Toricellia angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu by Near Infrared Technology

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定48批次水冬瓜根皮药材中紫丁香苷的含量,42批次作为校正集,6批次作为验证集。应用近红外光谱仪采集每个样品的原始光谱,以标准归一化法(SNV)、滤过法(Smoothing)、滤波导数(S.G.derivative)等方法预处理NIR光谱,对建模条件进行优化与筛选,建立该药材中紫丁香苷含量测定的快速定量分析模型。结果表明:模型的RMSEC、RMSEP与RSEP值分别为0.9359,1.1910和0.1427,相关系数R值为0.9836,验证集回收率在93.36%~107.74%之间。该方法无损、快速、简便、低耗,可用于水冬瓜根皮药材中紫丁香苷含量的快速检测。 The content of syringin from 48 different batches wild medicinal herbs of the Toricellia angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu was determined by HPLC.A total of 42 samples were taken as calibration set while the remainder 6 samples were used as testing set.Inital NIR spetra of every sample was taken by the NIR.The NIR spetra of the samples was conducted by standard normal variate,smoothing,S.G.derivative and so on.The analytical model for rapid determination of syringin in Toricellia angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu by means of optimize and filter modeling conditions was established.The results showed that the RMSEC,RMSEP and RSEP value of NIR model were 0.9359,1.1910 and 0.1427,respectively.And the correlation coefficient of calibration set was 0.9836.The recovery rate of verification set is between 93.36%and 107.74%.The method was proved to be a non-destructive,rapid,simple,low consumption identification and a rapid quality control method for the identification of Toricellia angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu was established.It could be used for rapid determination of syringin of Toricellia angulata Oliv.var.intermedia(Harms)Hu by near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.
