摘要
建立以4%乙酸溶液(V/V)作为食品模拟物浸泡处理食品接触用硅油纸样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICPMS)测定铂迁移量的方法。优化ICP-MS工作条件,内标元素Re在线添加。铂元素的线性范围为0.005~20μg/L、R2为1.0000、方法检出限为0.002μg/L、定量限为0.006μg/L。对5批次样品中Pt迁移量进行测试,结果表明5批次样品中均有Pt检出,最大值为0.000657 mg/kg,低于0.01 mg/kg。分别在样品中做加标回收试验(0.1,0.5和5.0μg/L),加标回收率为98.6%~106.0%,重复性测定相对偏差δRSD为1.7%~3.2%(n=7)。试验方法检出限低,线性范围宽,满足测定的要求。
A method for the determination of the migratory Pt from silicon paper was developed.Acetic acid(4%,V/V)was used as food simulate,and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the migratory Pt.ICP-MS parameters were optimized.Re,as internal standard,was added online.Linear relationships of Pt ranged from 0.005μg/L to 20μg/L and R2 was 1.0000.The detection limit and minimum limit of the method were 0.002μg/L and 0.006μg/L.Pt was detected in the 5 batches of silicon paper,and the max migration was 0.000657 mg/kg,less than 0.01 mg/kg.The 0.1,0.5和5.0μg/L of Pt were added in the samples respectively.The recoveries ranged from 98.6%to 106.0%,and the relative standard deviations(δRSD)ranged from 1.7%to 3.2%(n=7).The method had accuracy with low detection limit.
