食药两用海巴戟(诺丽果)中重金属含量测定及健康风险评估

Determination and Health Risk Assessment of Heavy Metals in Morinda citrifolia(NONI)for Medicine and Food

摘要 旨在通过建立食药两用海巴戟果实中Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu 5种重金属元素的测定方法,并评估其重金属健康风险。采用微波消解联合电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定海巴戟果实中的重金属含量,并结合目标危害商值(THQ)和危害指数(HI)从食药两方面进行健康风险评估。16批海巴戟果实中Cd元素高于现有标准,应尤其注意含量。在健康风险评估方面,用作药用和食用时各元素的危害商值均较小,危险指数均远小于1,对人体健康无风险。建立的海巴戟果实中的重金属及有害元素含量测定方法灵敏度高,健康风险评估提示海巴戟在药用及食用方面均无健康风险,为海巴戟果实的重金属外源污染物的安全监控及安全性评价提供科学依据。 The study aims to establish a method for the determination of five heavy metal elements including Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in Morinda citrifolia.And conduct a health risk assessment.Microwave digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the content of heavy metals in medicinal materials.And combine the target hazard quotient(THQ)and hazard index(HI)to conduct health risk assessment from both medicine and food five kinds of heavy metals in 16 M.citrifolia fruit samples,combined with 6 kinds of standards,Cd element of paint was serious,should especially pay attention to the content.In terms of health risk assessment,when a medicinal and edible of target hazard quotients each element was smaller,hazard index was far less than 1,without apparent harm to human body health.The method for the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in M.citrifolia is highly sensitive and Health risk assessment showed that there was no health risk in medicinal and edible aspects of M.citrifolia fruit,which provided scientific basis for safety monitoring and safety evaluation of heavy metal exogenous pollutants in M.citrifolia fruit.
