通过经验数据分析,论证加强旅游食品安全管理有助于推动区域经济增长。分析指出,云南省旅游业的发展对区域经济增长具有显著促进作用,但与区域内环保和交通因素负相关;加强旅游食品安全管理能有效促进区域经济增长;云南省区域经济增长结构存在特殊性,尚存优化改善的巨大空间。据此,应从区域产业结构调整、旅游产业发展模式创新及旅游食品安全管理3个递进层面促进云南省区域经济发展。

Strengthening the management of tourism food safety is helpful to promote the regional economic growth,which is effectively demonstrated from the empirical data analysis.It is pointed out that the development of tourism in Yunnan Province has a significant role in promoting the regional economic growth,but it is negatively related to the environmental protection and traffic factors in the region;Strengthening the management of tourism food safety can effectively promote the regional economic growth;The regional economic growth structure in Yunnan Province has particularity,and there is still a huge space for optimization and improvement.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively promote the regional economic development of Yunnan Province from three progressive levels,including the adjustment of regional industrial structure,the innovation of tourism industry development mode and the management of tourism food safety.
