随着晚婚晚育、二孩政策的放开,高龄产妇逐渐增多,妊娠合并妇科恶性肿瘤的发病率较以往升高,妊娠合并妇科恶性肿瘤的治疗在于平衡,适宜的治疗需兼顾肿瘤和孕周,是临床面临的一大难题。本文总结了妊娠合并恶性肿瘤疾病的特点,探讨肿瘤与妊娠之间的相互影响以及妊娠合并妇科恶性肿瘤的处理时机和处理方式,以取得更好的母儿预后。

The incidence of gynecological malignancies in pregnancy increased significantly.Optimal treatment involves balancing the benefit of treatment for the mother while minimizing harm to the fetus.This balance is dependent on the extent of the disease,the recommended course of treatment,and the gestational age at which treatment is considered.This review aims to provide an overview for clinicians of the diagnosis and management of malignancy in pregnancy.
