氨磺必利治疗酒精所致精神障碍患者的效果探讨

The Effect of Amisulpride in the Treatment of Patients with Mental Disorders Caused by Alcohol

目的分析探究氨磺必利在治疗酒精所致精神障碍问题中的应用效果。方法随机选取该院2017年2月—2019年2月间100例酒精性精神障碍患者,以随机数字表法进行分组,其中对照组及观察组,各50例,对照组应用喹硫平进行治疗,观察组应用氨磺必利进行治疗,对比分析两组药物的临床疗效。结果开展治疗前,两组精神障碍患者的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理及总分比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12周后,观察组患者的阳性症状(7.36±3.12)分、阴性症状(9.63±2.36)分、精神病理(20.13±3.03)分及总分(39.12±5.24)分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12周后,观察组TESS评分(10.69±2.36)分,对照组TESS评分(11.25±3.21)分,两组对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.019,P>0.05);治疗12周后,观察组QOL-DA各因子评分与总量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酒精所致精神障碍患者应用了氨磺必利进行治疗后,其临床效果显著,且改善了患者的生活质量,整体效果优于喹硫平。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of amisulpride in the treatment of mental disorders caused by alcohol.Methods Random selected 100 patients with alcoholic mental disorder in the hospital from February 2017 to February 2019,and group them by random number table method,including 50 cases in the control group and observation group,and the control group was treated with quetiapine.The observation group was treated with amisulpride,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of drugs was compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,psychopathology,and total scores of the two groups of patients,which with mental disorders(P>0.05);after 12 weeks of treatment,the observation group had positive symptoms(7.36±3.12)points,negative symptoms(9.63±2.36)points,general psychopathology(20.13±3.03)points and total score(39.12±5.24)points,which were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,the observation group had a TESS score(10.69±2.36)points and the control group had a TESS score(11.25±3.21)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.019,P>0.05);treatment of 12 weeks later,the QOL-DA scores and total scores of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with amisulpride for patients with mental disorders caused by alcohol,the clinical effect is significant and the quality of life of the patients is improved.The overall effect is better than that of quetiapine.
