泌尿外科腔镜技术对结石性脓肾的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Endoscopic Technique in Urology on Calculous Purulent Kidney

目的刍议泌尿外科腹腔镜技术治疗结石性脓肾的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2018年7月—2020年7月期间收治的52例结石性脓肾患者,应用随机平行方法作以分组,其中研究组26例、参照组26例。研究组接受泌尿外科腔镜技术治疗,参照组通过常规肾切除术治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果①研究组、参照组的治疗总有效率分别为92.31%、69.23%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.457,P=0.035)。②研究组和参照组的并发症发生率分别为0.00%、23.08%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.710,P=0.030)。③研究组、参照组的手术时间、术中出血量分别为(56.1±6.2)min、(42.3±2.3)mL,(62.7±10.4)min、(76.9±4.8)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=2.779、33.147,P<0.05)。结论结石性脓肾患者治疗中采取泌尿外科腔镜技术,无论在治疗效果、治疗安全性,还是控制手术时间和术中出血量方面,均存在明显的优势,故而值得在该病患者的治疗中应用并推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic technique in the treatment of calculous purulent kidney in urology.Methods Convenient selection the 52 patients with calculous purulent kidney admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were divided into groups using a randomized parallel method,including 26 cases in the study group and 26 cases in the reference group.The study group received urological endoscopic treatment,and the reference group received conventional nephrectomy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.The total effective rates of treatment in the study group and reference group were 92.31%and 69.23%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.457,P=0.035).2.The complication rates of the study group and the reference group were 0.00%and 23.08%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.710,P=0.030).3.The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the study group and the reference group were(56.1±6.2)min,(42.3±2.3)mL,(62.7±10.4)min,(76.9±4.8)mL,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.779,33.147,P<0.05).Conclusion Urology endoscopy in the treatment of patients with calculous purulent kidney has obvious advantages in terms of treatment effect,treatment safety,control of operation time and intraoperative blood loss,so it is worthy of being used and promotion in the treatment of patients with this disease.
