肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果及安全性分析

Clinical Effect and Safety Analysis of Shenyankangfu Tablets Combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的分析肾炎康复片+缬沙坦(VAL)对于慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的治疗价值。方法研究对象为方便选取2017年4月—2020年4月间来院治疗的106例CGN患者。以抽签法为基准,A组54例予以肾炎康复片+VAL治疗,B组52例予以VAL单纯治疗。对比整体化疗效。结果A组总有效率为96.30%,高于B组82.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.271,P=0.022);治疗3 d后,A组24 h尿蛋白(UP/24 h)水平为(0.80±0.64)g,低于B组(1.40±0.76)g,差异有统计学意义(t=4.403,P<0.001);A组的血清肌酐(Scr)水平为(112.84±24.95)μmol/L,低于B组(130.51±25.82)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.581,P=0.001);A组的肾小球滤过率(GFR)水平为(78.99±20.49)mL/min,高于B组(70.94±21.17)mL/min,差异有统计学意义(t=1.988,P=0.049)。A组不良反应发生率为5.56%,低于B组11.54%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.572,P=0.450)。结论为CGN患者实行肾炎康复片+VAL治疗可改善肾功能,增强疗效,且不会升高不良反应率,实用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of Nephritis Kangfu Tablet+Valsartan(VAL)for chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods The research object of this study was 106 patients with CGN who came to the hospital for treatment from April 2017 to April 2020 conveniently selected.Based on the lottery method,54 patients in group A were treated with nephritis kangfu tablets+VAL,and 52 patients in group B were treated with VAL alone.Compared the overall efficacy.Results The total effective rate of group A was 96.30%,which was higher than that of group B 82.69%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.271,P=0.022);after 3 days of treatment,the 24 h urine protein(UP/24 h)level of group A was(0.80±0.64)g,lower than group B(1.40±0.76)g,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.403,P<0.001);the serum creatinine(Scr)level of group A was(112.84±24.95)μmol/L,lower than group B(130.51±25.82)μmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.581,P=0.001);the glomerular filtration rate(GFR)level of group A was(78.99±20.49)mL/min,higher than group B(70.94±21.17)mL/min,the difference was statistically significant(t=1.988,P=0.049).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 5.56%,which was lower than 11.54%in group B,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.572,P=0.450).Conclusion The treatment of nephritis kangfu tablets+VAL for CGN patients can improve renal function and enhance curative effect without increasing the adverse reaction rate,which is of significant practical value.
