综合护理干预在突发性耳聋患者中的应用及护理满意度分析

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Sudden Deafness Patients and Analysis of Nursing Satisfaction

目的探讨综合护理干预在突发性耳聋患者中的应用及护理满意度分析。方法简单随机选取该院2019年1月—2020年3月期间收治的100例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采取常规对症护理,观察组患者采取综合护理干预进行护理,观察并对比两组患者对护理的满意度、护理总有效率和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者对护理的满意度为94.0%,对照组护理满意度为76.0%,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.353,P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总有效率为96.0%,对照组患者护理总有效率为82.0%,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分中,心理功能评分为(68.4±4.3)分,社会功能评分为(66.3±3.1)分,身体功能评分为(72.3±3.7)分,对照组患者的生活质量评分中,心理功能评分为(56.5±2.9)分,社会功能评分为(59.6±2.5)分,身体功能评分为(58.7±4.2)分。两组患者生活质量评分的各项数据均是观察组显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.224、11.896、17.181,P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够提高突发性耳聋患者的治疗效果,提高了护理满意度,提升了患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with sudden deafness and the analysis of nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 100 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were randomly selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group took regular symptomatic care,and the patients in the observation group took comprehensive nursing interventions.The satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing care,the total effective rate of nursing and the quality of life scores were observed and compared.Results The patients in the observation group were 94.0%satisfied with nursing care,and the nursing satisfaction in the control group was 76.0%.There was a significant difference between the two groups of data,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.353,P<0.05);the total effective rate of nursing care of the observation group was 96.0%,the total effective rate of nursing care for patients in the control group was 82.0%,and there was significant difference between the two groups of data,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);in the quality of life scores of the observation group patients,the psychological function score was(68.4±4.3)points,and the social function score was(66.3±3.1)points,the physical function score was(72.3±3.7)points,among the quality of life score of the control group,the mental function score was(56.5±2.9)points,the social function score was(59.6±2.5)points,and the physical function score was(58.7±4.2)points.The data of the two groups of patients'quality of life scores were significantly greater in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.224,11.896,17.181,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect of patients with sudden deafness,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve the quality of life of patients.
