临床护理路径在小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Clinical Nursing Path in Puncture of Pediatric Venous Indwelling Needle

目的分析临床护理路径在小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理效果。方法方便选择2019年1月—2020年3月该院收治接受静脉留置针穿刺患儿87例临床资料,按随机数表分为两组,对照组43例实施常规护理,研究组44例使用临床护理路径,对比两组护理效果。结果研究组皮下血肿、疼痛、液体渗漏等并发症发生率9.09%比对照组27.91%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.130,P<0.05);研究组家属满意度93.18%高于对照组74.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.670,P<0.05);研究组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.587,P<0.05)。结论对静脉留置针穿刺应用临床护理路径,能提高一次静脉穿刺的成功率,并减少并发症,提高家属满意度情况,具一定临床应用与研究价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing path in the observation of the nursing effect of venous indwelling needle puncture in children.Methods It is convenient to select the clinical data of 87 children who received intravenous indwelling needle puncture in the hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.43 cases in the control group received routine nursing care,and 44 cases in the study group used clinical nursing care path,to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of complications such as subcutaneous hematoma,pain,and fluid leakage in the study group was 9.09%lower than that in the control group 27.91%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.130,P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of family members in the study group was 93.18%higher than that of the control group 74.42%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.670,P<0.05);the success rate of one puncture in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.587,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathways to venous indwelling needle puncture can increase the success rate of a venipuncture,reduce complications,and improve family satisfaction.It has certain clinical application and research value.
