拔牙患者行全程护理对心理状况的分析

Analysis of the Psychological Status of Patients Undergoing Whole-course Nursing for Tooth Extraction

目的分析拔牙患者行全程护理对心理状况的影响及实际干预效果,旨在探寻针对拔牙患者的最佳临床护理方案,用以提高患者临床受益及拔牙诊疗质量。方法2019年1月—2020年6月随机选取100例该院进行拔牙治疗患者,以随机单双号法将纳入对象分组,单号50例记作对比组予以一般护理,双号50例记作研究组实施全程护理,对比分析干预效果差异性,包括心理状况、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果干预前,两组SAS(59.35±3.12)分、(59.79±3.11)分,SDS(58.57±3.35)分、(58.49±3.42)分评分均差异无统计学意义(t=0.706、0.118,P=0.482、0.906>0.05),干预后,两组SAS(52.46±2.24)分、(48.16±1.05)分,SDS(52.74±2.19)分、(48.04±1.22)分评分均出现降低,但研究组降低幅度更加明显,差异有统计学意义(t=9.432、13.257,P<0.001),研究组并发症发生率(4.00%)低于对比组(18.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025<0.05);研究组护理满意度(98.00%)高于对比组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.008<0.05)。结论针对拔牙患者,于拔牙过程中辅以拔牙前、拔牙中以及拔牙后的全程优质护理服务,可显著改善患者不良心理状况,降低拔牙相关并发症发生率,提升护理服务满意度。

Objective To analyze the psychological effects and actual intervention effects of the whole process of dental extraction patients,aiming to explore the best clinical care plan for dental extraction patients,so as to improve the clinical benefit of patients and the quality of dental extraction diagnosis and treatment.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020100 patients were randomly selected to admitted to the hospital for dental extraction treatment.The subjects were divided into groups by random odd and even numbers,and 50 cases with single numbers were recorded as the comparison group for general care,50 cases with double numbers were recorded as the study group to implement the whole course of nursing,and the differences in intervention effects were compared and analyzed,including psychological status,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of SAS(59.35±3.12)points,(59.79±3.11)points,SDS(58.57±3.35)points,(58.49±3.42)points between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.706,0.118,P=0.482,0.906>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS(52.46±2.24)points,(48.16±1.05)points,SDS(52.74±2.19)points,and(48.04±1.22)points,of the two groups were reduced.However,the reduction range of the study group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.432,13.257,P<0.001).The complication rate of the study group(4.00%)was lower than that of the control group(18.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.008<0.05).Conclusion For patients with tooth extraction,supplemented with high-quality nursing services before,during and after extraction during the extraction process,can significantly improve the patients'unhealthy psychological conditions,reduce the incidence of complications related to extraction,improve the satisfaction of nursing services.
