循证护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的临床影响

Clinical Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention on Cardiac Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的研究慢性心力衰竭患者护理中循证护理干预的应用价值。方法方便选取2018年7月—2019年12月58例慢性心力衰竭患者,依据入院日期的单双数方式分成对照组(双数,常规护理)、研究组(单数,循证护理),每组29例,比较两组患者心功能指标、生活质量、步行6 min距离。结果护理后,研究组步行6 min距离(455.39±3.71)m明显长于对照组(403.31±3.53)m,差异有统计学意义(t=54.766,P<0.05)。护理后,研究组HR、LVDED、LVEF(88.31±4.17)次/min、(56.09±2.39)mm、(34.67±1.53)%优于对照组(90.31±3.37)次/min、(58.07±4.31)mm、(33.91±1.31)%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.009、2.164、2.032,P<0.05)。护理后研究组情绪角色、生理功能、躯体健康、心理健康(91.37±3.01)分、(92.37±1.15)分、(94.51±2.07)分、(90.21±3.71)分明显高于对照组(76.33±2.53)分、(77.61±3.01)分、(71.61±4.23)分、(75.31±4.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=20.598、24.668、26.186、13.524,P<0.05)。结论在对慢性心力衰竭患者护理中采用循证护理干预对帮助患者改善心功能,提升生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective To study the application value of evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From July 2018 to December 2019,a total of 58 patients with chronic heart failure were conveniently selected and divided into control group(even number,routine care)and study group(odd number,evidence-based care)according to the odd and even number of admission dates.There were 29 cases in each group.The cardiac function indexes,quality of life,and walking distance of 6 minutes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the study group walked 6 min(455.39±3.71)m longer than the control group(403.31±3.53)m,the difference was statistically significant(t=54.766,P<0.05).After nursing,the study group HR,LVDED,LVEF(88.31±4.17)times/min,(56.09±2.39)mm,(34.67±1.53)%were better than the control group(90.31±3.37)times/min,(58.07±4.31)mm,(33.91±1.31)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.009,2.164,2.032,P<0.05).After nursing,the study group emotional role,physiological function,physical health,mental health(91.37±3.01)points,(92.37±1.15)points,(94.51±2.07)points,(90.21±3.71)points were significantly higher than the control group(76.33±2.53)points,(77.61±3.01)points,(71.61±4.23)points,(75.31±4.63)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.598,24.668,26.186,13.524,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure is of great significance to help patients improve their cardiac function and improve their quality of life.
