摘要 目的探讨液基细胞学对甲状腺病变病理诊断的作用价值。方法随机选取该院于2018年2月—2019年3月内接收的甲状腺病变患者100例作为研究对象,所有患者均进行细针穿刺细胞学诊断,均使用传统手工制片方式、利普液基细胞学制片技术,对比两种不同制片方式诊断结果。结果液基细胞学制片不满意为1%,传统方法制片不满意为8%,两种制片方式制片不满意占据百分率对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.701,P=0.017);液基细胞学制片诊断下恶性阳性率为11%,传统方法制片诊断下恶性阳性率为3%,两种制片方式恶性阳性率相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.916,P=0.027)。结论在甲状腺癌恶性阳性率检测方面,液基细胞学技术与传统方法制片方式均能对其进行诊断,但液基细胞学技术应用于甲状腺细针穿刺其诊断恶性阳性检出数据更高,可为临床提供更为准确的参考数据。 Objective To explore the value of liquid-based cytology in the pathological diagnosis of thyroid disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with thyroid disease accepted by the hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology,both used traditional manual production methods and Lipp liquid-based cytology production technology,and compared the diagnosis results of two different filmmaking methods.Results The rate of dissatisfaction with liquid-based cytology was 1%,and the rate of dissatisfaction with the traditional method was 8%.There was a statistically significant difference in the percentages of dissatisfaction between the two methods(χ^(2)=5.701,P=0.017);the malignant positive rate under the diagnosis of liquid-based cytology was 11%,and the malignant positive rate under the diagnosis of traditional method was 3%.There was a statistically significant difference in the malignant positive rate between the two methods(χ^(2)=4.916,P=0.027).Conclusion In terms of the detection of malignant positive rate of thyroid cancer,both liquid-based cytology technology and traditional film production methods can diagnose it,but the liquid-based cytology technology applied to thyroid fine needle aspiration has higher diagnostic data for positive detection of malignancy,which can provide more accurate reference data for the clinic.
