摘要
国内自动测试系统(ATS)在实际使用中均不同程度地存在测试结果一致性差的问题,造成此问题的主要原因之一就是测试信道指标差异无规律补偿。基于此开展自校准技术的ATS溯源性设计及系统级校准修正,实现了ATS的整体计量校准,简化了校准工作,提高了ATS的使用可靠性;并确保测试程序集(TPS)不依赖于某个测试平台,利用计量校准手段保证系统指标,进而保障测试结果。
The domestic automatic test system(ATS)has the problem of poor consistency of test results to varying degrees in the actual use.One of the main reasons for this problem is the irregular compensation of the difference of test channel indexes.Based on this,the ATS traceability design of self-calibration technology and system-level calibration correction is carried out.The overall measurement calibration of ATS is realized,the calibration work is simplified,and the use reliability of ATS is improved.And it is ensured that the TPS does not depend on a test platform.Besides,measurement and calibration means are used to ensure the system indicators,and then guarantee the test results.
