摘要
绝缘状态监测是保证锂离子电池储能系统安全运行的一项重要技术,电桥法绝缘检测由于电路简单且运行可靠,目前被广泛地应用于电力储能、家庭储能和电动汽车等行业。电桥法在实际的应用中演化出了平衡桥法、双桥法和乒乓桥法等拓扑结构,比较了兵乓桥加切换桥法和平衡桥加切换桥法,指出了后者的优势和具体的实现方法,说明了影响测量准确度的因素,并提出相应的应对措施。
Insulation state monitoring is an important technology to ensure the safe operation of lithium-ion battery energy storage system.Due to its simple circuit and reliable operation,insulation test by electric bridge method is widely used in the industries of electric energy storage,home energy storage and electric vehicles.In practical applications,the electric bridge method has evolved topological structures such as balanced bridge,double bridge method and ping-pong bridge method.The ping-pong bridge plus the switching bridge and the balanced bridge plus the switching bridge are compared,and the advantages and specific implementation methods of the later is pointed out,and the factors that affect the accuracy of the measurement are explained,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
