摘要 采用共沉淀法制备低温La/Ce掺杂锰基脱硝催化剂粉体,通过SO_(4)^(2-)酸化处理改善其抗硫性,并采用ICP、FT-IR、XRD、SEM、BET及脱硝活性测试进行表征。结果表明,在500℃焙烧温度下,采用0.2 mol/L H2SO4进行酸化处理,所制备La1-Ce6-Mn/Ti催化剂粉体Mn/Ti质量比值最大,活性位点最多,比表面积为105.34 m2/g,在200℃下的脱硝率为84%。 Low-temperature La/Ce doped Mn-based denitration catalyst powders were prepared by copre-cipitation.The sulfur resistance of the catalyst powders was improved by SO_(4)^(2-) acidification treatment.ICP,FT-IR,XRD,SEM,BET and denitration activity test were used to characterize the catalyst.The results show that when calcination temperature is 500 ℃ and 0.2 mol/L H2SO4 is employed for acidification treatment, the prepared La1-Ce6-Mn/Ti catalyst powder has the largest Mn/Ti mass ratio and the most active sites with specific surface area of 105.34 m2/g and denitration efficiency of 84% at 200 ℃.
