高校思政课教改视角下“强富美高”新江苏建设人才培养研究

On the Cultivation of Construction Talents for a New Jiangsu Province with “Strong Economy, Rich People, Beautiful Environment and Highly Civilized Society” from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education Reform in Colleges and Universities

江苏省高校思政课教改可以为“强富美高”新江苏建设培育所需人才创造条件。以马克思主义实践观来分析“强富美高”新江苏建设,就能够明白“强富美高”新江苏建设需要优质足量的人才。高校思政课具备为“强富美高”新江苏建设培育人才的四大功能:情怀培育、价值观培育、意志教育、理性思维教育。高校思政课教师要从四个方面着手,为培育“强富美高”新江苏建设人才作出更大的贡献。

The teaching reform of ideological and political courses in universities and colleges in Jiangsu province can create conditions for the cultivation of talents needed for the construction of a new Jiangsu province with“strong economy”,“rich people”,“beautiful environment”and“highly civilized society”.Analyzing from the Marxist practice view,it is clear that the construction requires enough high-quality talents.Ideological and political courses in colleges and universities have four major functions in terms of cultivating these construction talents:feeling cultivation,value cultivation,education of will,education of rational thinking.Teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities should make greater contributions to the talent cultivation from these four aspects.
