“互联网+”视域下高职院校科技成果转化模式研究——以连云港职业技术学院为例

Research on the Transformation Model of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Internet Plus:Taking Lianyungang Technical College as an Example

随着创新驱动发展战略的实施,高校科技成果转化越来越多地被提上议程。高职院校作为地方科技创新和科技进步的重要力量,其科技成果转化情况直接关系到区域经济发展。针对高职院校科技成果转化率低,转化渠道少,产生经济效益低等实际问题,从提高高职院校科技服务能力,推动区域化、订单式科技服务平台的创建,充分发挥政府和中介服务机构在科技成果转化中的作用等3个方面提出对策。

With the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities has been put on the agenda more and more.As an important force of local scientific and technological innovation as well as progress,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in higher vocational colleges is directly related to the development of regional economy.In view of the practical problems of low conversion rate,fewer transformation channels and low economic benefits,the paper puts forward countermeasures from three aspects:improving the scientific and technological service ability of higher vocational colleges,promoting the establishment of regionalization and order-type scientific and technological service platform.
