“一带一路”建设背景下内蒙古高校对蒙古国汉语教育与传播对策研究 被引量:1

Research on Teaching Strategies of Mongolian-Chinese in Inner Mongolia Universities under the Background of“One Belt and One Road”Construction

摘要 内蒙古自治区作为"一带一路"中蒙俄经济走廊中的重要一环,其区位优势已然十分突出。区内各高校汉语国际教育专业也必须抓住这一历史机遇,找准着力点、增强创新点、科学合理化汉语传播模式,为实现"五通"提供语言文化保障作用。文章主要从三个方面进行模式探讨:从"讲好中国故事"和"学好新蒙文"两角度探讨加强赴蒙教师跨文化交际能力;从"蒙语作为教材中介语""语言点""文化点""行业汉语"等几方面探讨蒙古国专用中文教材的编写;建议区内高校开设"蒙古国汉语师资培训项目",尽量结合区内优势,针对蒙古国国情和教育特殊性进行"个性化"定向培养,加大本土师资培训力度。 As an important part of the“One belt and one road”economic corridor between China,Mongo⁃lia and Russia,Inner Mongolia autonomous region has already stood out in its geographical advantages.The col⁃leges and universities in the region must also seize this historical opportunity,find the focus,strengthen the in⁃novation,and rationalize the Chinese communication mode scientifically,so as to provide language and cultural guarantee for the realization of“five links”.This paper mainly discusses the mode from three aspects:This pa⁃per discusses the strengthening of teachers’intercultural communication ability in Mongolia from two aspects-“tell the Chinese story well”and“learn the new Mongolian language well”;This paper discusses the compila⁃tion of Mongolian special Chinese textbooks from the perspectives of“Mongolian as the inter-language of text⁃books”“language point”“cultural point”and“industry Chinese”.It is suggested that colleges and universities in the region should set up“Mongolian Chinese teacher training program”,try to combine the advantages of the region,carry out“personalized”directional training according to the national conditions and educational particu⁃larity of Mongolia,and increase the local teacher training.
