足三里穴位疗法对ICU重症患者胃肠动力影响的研究进展

Research progress on the effect of Zusanli acupoint therapy on gastrointestinal motility in severe patients in ICU

急性胃肠功能损伤(AGI)是急重症患者常见并发症之一,而胃肠道运动异常最常见。在重症监护病房(ICU)患者中,胃肠动力的抑制是一个严重的问题,其病理生理机制复杂,且严重影响ICU危重症患者原发疾病的转归及整体预后。对于ICU患者胃肠动力不足的治疗涉及早期内环境纠正及稳定,液体复苏及早期康复等诸多内容,而针对本身动力不足的药物治疗种类及疗效有限,且副作用多。足三里,足阳明胃经主要穴位之一,也是胃肠道疾病最常用穴位之一,刺激其可以协调胃肠功能,促进胃肠功能的恢复,现被广泛用于术后胃肠功能恢复的治疗。现就足三里穴位治疗对胃肠动力影响进行综述,并该种疗法在ICU重症患者胃肠动力不足的治疗中的前景。

Acute Gastrointestinal Injury(AGI)is one of the common complications of acute and severe patients,and abnormal gastrointestinal motility is the most common.In patients in the intensive care unit(ICU),the inhibition of gastrointestinal motility is a serious problem.Its pathophysiological mechanism is complicated,and it seriously affects the outcome of primary disease and the overall prognosis of critically ill patients in ICU.The treatment of gastrointestinal dysmotility for ICU patients involves early correction and stabilization of the internal environment,fluid resuscitation,and early rehabilitation,etc.However,the types of drug treatments for their own dysmotility are limited and have many side effects.Zusanli,one of the main acupoints of the Stomach Merdian of Foot-Yangming,is also one of the most commonly used acupoints for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.Stimulating it can coordinate gastrointestinal function and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.It is now widely used for postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function.This article reviews the effects of Zusanli acupoint therapy on gastrointestinal motility,and the prospect of this therapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal motility in severe patients in ICU.
