手术室护士职业倦怠感的相关性影响因素分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的分析手术室护士职业倦怠感的相关性影响因素。方法选择2015年1月至2019年12月在我院工作的74名手术室护士,对其进行职业倦怠感评分,根据Maslach工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)评估结果分为两组,A组(中度/重度职业倦怠感,24名)与B组(无/轻度职业倦怠感,50名),比较两组各项资料,分析手术室护士职业倦怠感的相关性影响因素。结果经MBI-GS评估结果显示,中度/重度职业倦怠感24名,无/轻度职业倦怠感50名。两组年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组有子女占比高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组有工作压力源、应对方式消极、健康生产力受损严重、社会支持缺乏占比高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素分析显示子女、工作压力源、应对方式消极、健康生产力受损严重、社会支持是导致手术室护士职业倦怠感的危险因素(P<0.05)。以子女、工作压力源、应对方式消极、健康生产力受损严重、社会支持为自变量,经Logistic回归分析显示,子女、工作压力源、应对方式消极、健康生产力受损严重、社会支持缺乏为影响手术室护士职业倦怠感的相关因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论子女、工作压力源、应对方式消极、健康生产力受损严重、社会支持缺乏为影响手术室护士职业倦怠感的相关因素,院内可通过调节工作时间等多种措施,帮助其缓解职业倦怠感,提高工作效率。 Objective To analyze the related impacting factors of job burnout among nurses in operating room.Methods A total of 74 nurses in operating room who worked in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected and scored for job burnout.According to the evaluation results of Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey(MBI-GS),they were divided into group A(with moderate/severe job burnout,n=24)and group B(with no/mild job burnout,n=50).The data of the two groups were compared,and the related impacting factors of job burnout among nurses in operating room were analyzed.Results The results of MBI-GS evaluation showed that there were 24 cases of moderate/severe job burnout and 50 cases of no/mild job burnout.There were no statistically significant differences in age,education level and marital status between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of raising children in group A was higher than that in group B,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The proportions of owning job stressors,negative coping style,serious damage to health productivity and lack of social support in group A were higher than those in group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that raising children,owning job stressors,negative coping style,serious damage to health productivity and lack of social support were the risk factors leading to job burnout among nurses in operating room(P<0.05).Taking raising children,owning job stressors,negative coping styles,serious damage to health productivity and lack of social support as independent variables,Logistic regression analysis showed that raising children,owning job stressors,negative coping styles,serious damage to health productivity and lack of social support were the related factors impacting the job burnout among nurses in operating room(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Raising children,owning job stressors,negative coping styles,serious damage to health productivity,and lack of social support are the related factors that impact nurses'job burnout in operating room.The hospital can help them relieve job burnout and improve work efficiency by adjusting working hours and other countermeasures.
