扶正祛风汤加减治疗中-重度变应性鼻炎(肺气虚寒证)的效果

Observation on the efficacy of modified Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction on moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(lung yang deficiency pattern)

目的探讨扶正祛风汤加减治疗中-重度变应性鼻炎(肺气虚寒证)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2018年5—12月在泉州市中医院耳鼻喉科就诊的120例中-重度变应性鼻炎(肺气虚寒证)患者,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组使用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组则用扶正祛风汤加减治疗,对比两组治疗前后的鼻部症状评分、鼻炎生活质量评分和血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)。结果治疗后,两组鼻部症状评分均显著改善,且观察组鼻部症状评分显著好于对照组(P<0.05);两组鼻炎生活质量评分均显著改善,与治疗前比较差异显著,且观察组鼻炎生活质量评分显著好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清总I g E均显著改善(P<0.05),观察组血清总I g E与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正祛风汤加减治疗中-重度变应性鼻炎(肺气虚寒证)可有效改善患者鼻炎状态,效果理想,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction on moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(lung yang deficiency pattern).Methods The treatment courses of a total of 120 patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(lung yang deficiency pattern)treated in the department of otolaryngology in Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray,while the observation group was treated with modified Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction of Chinese materia medica based on the control group.Before and after treatment,the nasal symptom score,rhinitis quality of life(QoL)score and serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of nasal symptoms in both groups improved significantly,which was significantly different from those before treatment,and the scores of nasal symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of rhinitis QoL in both groups improved significantly,which was significantly different from those before treatment,and the scores of rhinitis QoL in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum total IgE in both groups improved significantly,with statistically significant difference from those before treatment(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in serum total IgE between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction in the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(lung yang deficiency pattern)can effectively improve the status of patients with rhinitis,improve the QoL of patients.Therefore,the efficacy is satisfying,and it is worthy of promotion.
